Global Game Jam 2012 Online Registration

Detailed Registration Information

To Sign Up for the Albany, NY Location of the Global Game Jam, you must 1: Create An Account of the Global Game Jam Website then 2: Pay The Registration Fee.

1. Create an account at http://www.globalgamejam.org
   • Make Albany your GGJ site of choice
     1. Sign up.

     At the top of the main page http://globalgamejam.org/ select the 'Create New Account' link to create your user account.

     2. Log-in to your account.
     3. Select the 'Edit' tab.
     4. Select the 'Profile' tab.

     You should now see options to identify your skills and a drop down list to select your site.

     5. Select 'USA - New York - Albany - Albany IGDA' as your site.
2. Pay your registration fee online (it's less expensive that way).

   * Online Registration before January 27th : $10.00
   * On-Site Registration January 27th-29 : $15.00

  The Early Online Registration discount is now Closed. The On-Site Registration Fee of $15.00 is now in effect!

• IGDA DISCOUNT: IGDA Members (with Paid Memberships) Qualify for a $3.00 Discount. Send a note to albanyigda@gmail.com with the name on your membership or member number for information on how to receive the discount.
• UALBANY STUDENT DISCOUNT: Ualbany students qualify for a $3.00 Discount. Send a note to jgoodall@albany.edu with your name and major for information on how to receive the discount.
• VOLUNTEERING: Can't Afford the Fee? Apply for a Volunteer Position by sending a note to albanyigda@gmail.com. Volunteers are eligible to participate in the event!
