I am a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Liverpool, UK and specialise in marine microbial ecology and biogeochemistry, particularly with respect to climate change. I fell down Perplex City's rabbit hole a few years ago and have been avidly following it on Unforum ever since, whilst lurking through a number of other ARGs.
