QA Game Tester
As a Contract Tester reporting to the Assistant Software Test Lead or Software Test Lead you will be responsible for creating/running test cases, entering bugs, and performing regression testing. Teamwork and a professional attitude is KEY in this role. Composure and interpersonal skills are crucial in this role. Both verbal and written communication, along with interpersonal skills, is a MUST!
Key responsibilities
Identify software bugs, run test suites, verify fixes, test tools, and compatibility matrixes
Enter bugs/tasks into the bug tracking system
Create/run test cases and test suites to help identify and resolve issues
Provide internal support and information about the product to the company as requested
Required Skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient software and hardware troubleshooting skills
Proficient in Windows and Macintosh Operating Systems
Passion for games and gaming
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to remain focused until project completion
Excellent interpersonal skills
Experience and understanding of console or PC game testing is desirable
Experience
High School diploma or equivalent
6 months of technical experience preferred
Familiarity with consoles systems, specifically Microsoft Xbox, is preferred

Compensation: $7.50 an hour non-negotiable
