Amaze Entertainment Austin seeks programmers for a high profile Nintendo DS title. Amaze is located in the heart of downtown Austin, within walking distance of restaurants, theaters, hike and bike trails, and music clubs. Austin Technology Council presents a Power Lunch: Richard Garriott: The future of Austin's Gaming Industry

How To Make Games Fun
The most recent Austin professional developer gathering was held at Midway studios on April 11th at 7pm. Once again, food was catered by Macho Taco and complementary liquor/bartending services were provided by IGDA-Austin. Approximately 140 professional game developers attended this meeting, setting a new record for any game developer organization gathering in the history of Austin, Texas.
Bioware's Gordon Walton hosted a panel of speakers to discuss How to Make Games Fun!
