Aspyr Seeks Senior PC & Console Game Programmers

Aspyr Studios is seeking game programmers experienced with Unreal Engine 3 development for PC and Console games. Candidates must have previous game industry experience, and be located in Austin, Texas or willing to relocate.

Requirements:


  • 4-5 years of programming experience on Windows and/or game consoles.
  • Experience with Unreal Engine 3 .
  • Experience with cross-platform development.
  • Experience working on at least 1-2 completed commercial games required.
  • Fluency in C/C++.
  • Experience with Xbox 360/PS3 development a strong plus.
  • Background in Direct3D/OpenGL a plus.
  • Strong debugging skills, including ability to work with large existing codebases.
  • Familiarity with source code control systems, i.e. Perforce.
  • Able to work in a team environment, with opportunity to lead team of 4-5 programmers.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
