Bioware Austin Seeks Desktop Support Analyst

BioWare Austin is looking for qualified JR Desktop Support Analyst for our Information Systems Team. The Desktop Support Analyst will be actively involved in most aspects of the Information Systems operation of BioWare Austin, from basic user support to system maintenance. You will multiple tasks which will require flexibility and the ability to adapt to new challenges. The position consults and reports to both locally in Austin and directly to the Manager, Desktop Support in Edmonton, Alberta, with varying level of autonomy and independent judgment expected to enhance the department’s service levels. This position works in conjunction with the BioWare Austin Senior Infrastructure Support Analyst to provide a full range of IT-related customer support activities.
