Total Immersion Software Seeks Graphics and Engine Programmers
Total Immersion Software is rapidly expanding its office in Austin, Texas. We are looking for highly skilled Graphics & Engine Programmers to help build our next generation technology and product offerings.
We are a tools innovator and a games developer focused on the entertainment, training, simulation, and mission rehearsal markets. Whether you are at the beginning of your career or a seasoned vet, we want to discuss how you can become part of our growing team!
Requirements
- Extensive C++ programming skills
- In depth understanding of object oriented design and programming
- Extensive knowledge of graphics programming and 3D math
- Experience in designing, implementing, debugging and optimizing 3D graphics code
- Knowledge of and experience with the implementation of hardware shaders
- Experience with HLSL, Cg, and/or other high level shader languages
- Experience with DirectX
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles such as coupling and cohesion
- Familiar with game asset pipelines
- Ability to collaborate with artists on graphics techniques
- Must have shipped at least one title
- 3DS-Max plug-in experience a plus.
- Shader Model 3.0 experience a plus
- Gamebryo Experience a plus
- Must be able to relocate to Austin
