Amaze Entertainemnt seeks Studio Coordinator
Amaze Entertainment is looking for a multi-talented person to serve as Studio Coordinator for the console games group. The ideal candidate will have at least a year of experience as an assistant or associate producer in the game industry or comparable experience in a similar field.
Responsibilities include:
- Make travel arrangements for studio managers
- Provide recruiting assistance in coordination with corporate recruiter
- Arrange for team meals, social events and miscellaneous purchases
- Oversee studio decoration / appearance
- Serve as publisher / client liaison
- Track & facilitate staffing records and documents
- Serve as point person for new employees
- Administrate studio managers' contacts & calendar
- Respond to all day-to-day studio needs as assigned by the Studio Head
- Actively seek out ways to improve studio efficiency, appearance and morale
