Citizen Schools seeks game designers to volunteer

Apprenticeships are designed around the talents and interests of our volunteer teachers – choose what you love to teach and share your passion with our students! Are you interested in computers and technology? Lead students in an apprenticeship that teaches them to design web pages! Love music? Work with students to produce their own soundtrack. Do you have a passion for connecting business and community? Lead students in an apprenticeship to plan and hold a fundraiser for a local community organization. Love engineering? Teach students to design solar cars and WOW! the community with a race at the end of the semester. Want to get outside? Lead a bike safety and repair apprenticeship and teach students to ride safely and fix their own bikes.

Apprenticeships take place once a week in the afternoon, approximately 4:30-6:00pm, starting in mid-February and ending in mid-May.

Classes begin soon! Register now to be a part of this unique experience. http://www.citizenschools.org/volunteer.
