DS Programmer Opening at Amaze

Responsibilities:

  • style='font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Arial;'>Contribute
    to programming efforts in designing, implementing and debugging code for a
    Nintendo DS game
  • style='font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Arial;'>Work with
    the lead programmer and team’s producer to implement game programming
    tasks
  • style='font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Arial;'>Collaborate
    with other programmers to develop and share new technology
  • Collaborate with other talented teammates to
    create great games

Requirements:

  • class=body11point1> font-family:Arial'>Fluent in C/C++ programming with good debugging skills
  • class=body11point1> font-family:Arial'>Ability to adhere to style='font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Arial'>coding
    standards and complete tasks in prompt manner
  • style='font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Arial'>Comfortable
    managing one’s own time
  • style='font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Arial'>Works
    closely with the members of the programming team to ensure coding and
    quality expectations are met
  • style='font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Arial'>Passionate
    about games and creative problem-solving
  • style='font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Arial;'>Write clean, well documented code
  • style='font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Arial;'>Good verbal and written
    communications skills

Preferences:

  • style='font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Arial;'>Experience in project-based work
  • style='font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Arial;'>Interest in handheld game
    development
  • style='font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Arial;'>Comfortable wearing multiple
    hats. Our programmers aren’t
