Laid Back after TMT (too much turkey)

November 2001

November's meeting was a quiet, casual group. New faces appeared and more introductions took place. We had about 20 people show up for free food and a round of drinks. Our favorite grad student, Robin gave a synopsis of the U of Chicago convention that took place in October. Steve and Carrie talked about the Discreet party. We decided it would be too difficult to get everyone together for December so we will meet again in the Newest Year! 2002 will be an exciting year for our new group! Several members are actively searching for speakers to come enlighten us, Robin will keep us posted on upcoming curriculum and events at Northwestern and Darryl from GameBeat is planning to showcase some of his music for us!
