Famous Last Words is a legal/business oriented column run by industry veteran Jim Charne. Is there language in your contract that has you scratching your head? Found something confusing or worse? Submit a question to Jim for developer-oriented analysis.

 

Culture Clash

In Culture Clash, Matthew Sakey discusses culture-oriented issues of gaming, ranging from the evolution of critical language for understanding this medium to the culture of gaming and how the non-gaming public perceives the industry.
