About Marc Prensky
Marc Prensky is an internationally acclaimed speaker, consultant, and
designer in the critical areas of education and learning. He is the author
of Digital Game-Based Learning and Don't Bother Me Mom, I'm Learning. Marc
is the founder of Games2train (www.games2train.com), whose clients include
IBM, Nokia, Pfizer, and the Los Angeles and Florida Virtual Schools. He has
taught at all levels. Marc created www.socialimpactgames.com, a web resource
highlighting more than 200 educational games.
Marc has been featured in The New York Times and The Wall Street Journal and
has appeared on CNN, PBS, and the BBC. He was named as one of training's
"Top 10 Visionaries" by Training magazine. He holds a MA in Teaching from
Yale and an MBA from Harvard.
