Professional experience would be an asset but is not a requirement. Applicants must be comfortable with the use of level editing tools (e.g. UnrealEd), and should submit a portfolio of sample work/projects along with a resume.
Creativity and good communication skills are essential for this position.
Also I'm not sure I'd say that About a Blob is "near complete" quite yet.. we still have a lot of work to do
