As a Human Resources Intern you will have the opportunity to learn through hands on application of classroom theories. Throughout the course of the internship you will experience the day to day operations of the HR department and have a chance to take on a multitude of projects.

As an Intern your day can range from:

• Assist in the recruitment process
• Assist in employee performance review process
• Research and analysis of employee programs and special events
• Policy and program refinement
• Assist with general administrative duties, special projects and reports when necessary

Required Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Data analysis skills
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
• Detail oriented, strong follow-through skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Outgoing and with an interest in event planning is a plus

Ideal Candidate:

• Energetic, motivated, and creative.
• Pursuing a degree in I/O Psychology / Psychology / Organizational Development / Business is a plus
• Previous internship or work experience in HR related field is a plus

This is an unpaid internship with advancement opportunity. Internship for credit is also possible when available.
