Indie Recruiting: Programmers, Texture Artists, 3D Artists | quasi-realistic modern vehicle combat game
Setting the Scene
2013. After a period of severe climatic change and social upheaval, national powers have failed to maintain order over their own people. With the national unit broken beyond repair, four main international political organisations remain as the last organised bastions of humanity... each radically different from the last, fiercely territorial, indomitably intolerant and with designs on world domination. With all factions supplied by the mysterious industrial and arms manufacture power OWEC, the flow of weapons is not an issue. War ensues, and all sides have access to all of the military hardware they want. The only question is glaringly simple; who will you lead to victory?
Gentlemen, I introduce you to the thus far unnamed project. It'll be a 3d, third person modern vehicle combat game. I can't say much more than that without giving away core mechanics, but I'd like to try and expand the team, and you are all invited!

The project will be a 3d third person modern vehicle combat game. It will be primarily a technical exercise to add to our portfolios; as such this is unpaid work. However, if in the unlikely event the project becomes financially viable, and sales result; financial compensation will be distributed according to effort. But for the meantime this should be considered unlikely at best.
Our primary aim is to produce a working and playable game artefact, playable on PC and Xbox 360. Towards that end the project is

Right now we are looking to recruit a small number of skilled new members, please feel free to get in touch and have some of your work ready to be viewed; preferably in an online portfolio format.
In order for you to join we will probably ask that you complete a small piece of work to demo your abilities for us; in the case of programmers however, a conversation with our lead programmer will suffice.
Any questions regarding anything, please just ask. There's no such thing as a stupid question. Questions about sandwiches are acceptable, but only after more... relevant queries have been dealt with.
