Next meeting Dec 2009

Ok folks,
So, I sent out the 'minutes' of our guild gathering and also sent out a poll gauging our chapter on their interest in rebooting. So, in looking at how a poll is set up, it looks like that I can't create a multi-question poll about our next meeting. So, I would like to do that here on this thread.

Next meeting:
8th, 9th, or 10th of Dec?
7:30pm ok for everyone?

Venue:
I've found out from my company that our gated parking is open after 5:00pm, so no problems there. Since we have a suite in the building, there is a guard in the lobby, but he can be informed with a list of people that are attending, so I don't think there is a problem with that. Our company main doors are locked at 5:00pm, but I think I can be given a key so that I can reopen them. So no problem there either. Lastly, the food/alcohol cannot be provided by my company for liability reasons, but I think you can bring your own. I'm still checking with our people here, but I don't think there is any problem to us having it here. I'll post later when I have some more answers.

So, you can Google maps on that to see where we are. We can host around 50 people for meetings, but until our membership kicks in more, it probably won't get more than a dozen.

One last thing. I posted some of the topics in the 'minutes' from our last outing, so I guess we need some ideas of what to cover during the next one. We've had a couple of social meetings now and I would like to get to some more business if we could. We still need to become official in the eyes of IGDA and I believe we need to hold some elections. If you've got some guidance for the group, please post.
