No Langdell

Going by Langdell's long documented history of screwing developers (not paying them, trademark trolling etc) I don't want Tim Langdell to be a leader of anything here. This includes being "leader" of the programmer's SIG. http://www.igda.org/SIGs

Actually, kick Langdell out of the IGDA completely.
