Role system nuts?

I cannot join any chapter, neither see the member list...

And a extra note: The chapter listing (LISTING not stupid map) is hell hidden... I was randomly clicking stuff, and after clicking something inside the profile of someone, then clicking on something else, then clicking on a search button, I landed on the chapter list...

I still cannot use any site feature other than the forum and the "friend" stuff (and what this is for anyway?)
