University market research to improve game sales abroad
My name is Elizabeth Sánchez and I am a member of the Entrepreneurship Program of the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain.
We are doing a serious market research with the aim to help game developers/publishers boost their sales abroad.
We would like to discover what are the linguistic needs, challenges and issues that developers/publishers face when they market their games abroad. With that information we can define which services are the most requested, give advice to translation/localisation companies about what are the industry needs and train our students for the real world.
For participating in this project, you can go here: http://spreadsheets.google.com/viewform?formkey=dFk5OWlabjFWODBsYUtFczAxWEFnREE6MA It will only take 8 minutes of your time. If you want to receive the results of the market research, be sure to include your contact e-mail address.
You can take a look at www.loclab.wordpress.com or connect with us on Twitter at: www.twitter.com/loclab to know more about us.
Thanks for your time.
