IGDA Launches New Program: Quickie Surveys
This month's survey topic covers Online Safety: Take Survey
Many of you have questions about what is going on in our industry: How many..., Who's using..., How often...? While not confidential or proprietary these type of questions come up all the time, and we see them on discussion lists and hear them at conferences.
The IGDA, in seeking to serve you better has developed a new program we are calling: Quickie Surveys. Each month we will be sending out a short (less than 10 question) survey to you, and asking for a little bit of your knowledge to share with the membership. All responses will be anonymous, and aggregated. Each survey will be focused on one topic area submitted by other members.
We will publish the results in the following issue of the newsletter. While not research reports, these can help you get a sense of what other folks in the industry are doing to overcome specific challenges. Who's using what software, how are they dealing with a similar issue to what you are facing, etc.
Please take a few moments to complete these surveys, even if you have to answer N/A or skip questions that don't apply to you. Also, if you have a topic you would like to get some feedback on, write it down, along with up to 10 questions and send it over to me: joshua@igda.org.
Thank you for your participation in this new program, I look forward to us all learning more about what's going on in our industry.
The IGDA would like to thank remote control productions gmbh for generously underwriting the distribution of this survey.
