Payment Details

A Note on Security/Privacy

The IGDA collects contact information from members and web site users (such as email address, mailing address and phone number). We do not sell this contact information or otherwise make it available. Members and users receive one newsletter each month via email, but can unsubscribe via the MyProfile page. Members receive renewal reminders, directors election information and other notices as needed. Web site users receive emails promoting membership upgrade no more than once a month, but can unsubcribe by contacting us.

All transaction pages of the IGDA web site are hosted on a secure SSL server. Credit card data is encrypted and stored in a secure database and deleted upon completion of the transaction. User passwords are encrypted using one-way MD5 encryption. Users receive a plain-text email including their password immediately following their initial registration. The password is then encrypted and cannot be reversed. A new password can be generated if the original is forgotten.

Members

Credit card

To pay by credit card, select the appropriate membership level on the Membership Application, select the credit card type, and enter the card number and expiration date. You will receive a confirmation email once the payment has been processed. To request a receipt contact us.

Check or Money Order

To pay by check (or money order), select “pay by check” on the Membership Application. You will receive a welcome email with payment instructions. Submit USD$30 for student membership, $48 for a regular one-year membership, $90 for a two-year membership or $35 if you are from a qualifying "developing country". For discount questions, contact us. Checks and money orders must be in US funds.

Wire Transfer

If no other payment method is feasible, you can wire the membership dues directly to the IGDA. Please contact Account Services for transfer details.

 

Studio Affiliates

Credit Card

To pay by credit card, select the appropriate studio size on the online Studio Registration form, select the credit card type, and enter the card number and expiration date. You will receive a confirmation email once the payment has been processed. To request a receipt contact us.

Invoice

To pay by check, select “invoiced” on Studio Registration form. We will send an invoice to the email address listed in your studio record. Checks must be in US funds.

Partners

To pay by credit card, select the appropriate partner designation (nonprofit vs. for profit) on the Partner Registration form, select the credit card type, and enter the card number and expiration date. You will receive a confirmation email once the payment has been processed. To request a receipt contact us.

Invoice

To pay by check, select “invoiced” on the Partner Registration form. We will send an invoice to the email address listed in your partner record. Checks must be in US funds.
