Intended Audience

The IGDA Leadership Forum is intended for all those who serve in a leadership role in the game development industry and are seeking to become better leaders, create successful games, and learn from other working professionals in the game industry. This can include:

• producers and project managers of all levels
• team leads of any discipline (eg, programming, art, design, etc)
• departmental directors
• studio heads and execs
• those soon to be promoted into leadership roles

Non-Recruitment Policy

The IGDA Leadership Forum has a strict non-recruitment policy. Event sponsors, advertisers and speakers will not be permitted to promote recruiting/job opportunities.
