Studio heads discuss their take on the challenges of leading a game company during an economic recession.  They will share some of the problems they face and solutions they’ve implemented to overcome these problems.  The studio heads will also talk about their approaches to leadership challenges, and reveal the methods they use to deal with them.  Ample time will be given for audience participation.
