IGDA-Montreal is currently soliciting "season" sponsors for the 2007-08 chapter calendar.

The "Season" sponsorship option enables you to build goodwill and gain exposure to the Montreal game development community over the entire calendar of events for the Chapter. A "season" consists of approximately 8 meetings, and it starts in September and ends the following June (ie, the chapter is on break during the core summer months).

Logo on free drink tickets handed to all attendees at presentation/social nights
Logo/link on the chapter home page for the ENTIRE season
Company name/link in all meeting announcement emails (5000+ distribution list)
Thanks with logo/link in summary report for each meeting

Single Meeting Sponsorships

In addition to sponsorships for the season, we offer the Single Meeting sponsorship as an option that enables you to gain very targeted exposure at a specific meeting of the Chapter. This is ideal for new product launches or time sensitive promotions where the addition of stage time and ability to hand out promotional materials is key.

Company name/link in meeting announcement email (5000+ distribution list)
Thanks with logo/link in summary report
Approx. 2-minute welcome/pitch speech at start of meeting
Option to hand out promotional materials to attendees (eg, brochure, demo CD, t-shirt, etc)
