New feature for testing: modify your profile and privacy settings

Hi everyone,

We have a new feature which is ready for testing: you may now edit all of the fields in your user profile (including address, phone, etc.) and your profile privacy settings (how much info is displayed to the public).

To test: click on "my account" then click on one of the two fields: Edit privacy settings, Edit personnal information.

There are still a few fields marked "TODO", and the visual should be improved a bit, but your feedback will be appreciated.
