NEW IGDA WEB SITE NOW OPEN Launched in June, the IGDA's Web site at www.igda.org will continue to feature new content and functionality as our community grows stronger. As a member, you can help shape the direction of our community by participating in the IGDA's new discussion forums. To log in to the Web site for the first time, enter your full name and your member ID. If you'd like to change your password, click on the "preference" button and scroll down to "change password". II. ONLINE GAME SIG New on www.igda.org: Our Online Games SIG discussion forum is up and running! Visit the Online Games SIG to explore the key factors of creating successful and profitable online game experiences. III. MEMBER BULLETIN BOARD We've added a bulletin board to leverage the expertise of our membership to provide resources and solutions to individual members. Post industry-related questions, requests or concerns on the bulletin board. IV. PRESENT YOUR PAPER IN AUSTRALIA! Australian Game Developers Conference As part of increasing the value of your membership, we are holding discussions with a number of organizations. In our talks with the Australian Developers organization, AIE, they have offered the opportunity for up to two IGDA members to speak at this year's Australian Game Developers Conference. The slots are going to be filled fast, and they are looking for material that has not been previously presented. The conference will be held November 3-5 in Melbourne, Australia.
