Last monday's LAN meeting

I wish to thank everybody for last monday's IGDA
LAN, and especially Jason D. Garber (The
Thirteenth Production) & Jazzclub Pompoen (who
organised the meeting), Discreet and Davilex (for
their presentations). Discreet gave a
demonstration of their 3D Studio Max 4, and
Davilex showed US Racer (projected on a large
screen!) and invited people from the audience to
compete. It was a great evening with lots of
visitors and most of them seemed to be enjoying
themselves very much.

The next Amsterdam Chapter meeting will be held
early in November, just after the advisory board
has had their first meeting (which is scheduled
for October 22). Their have been quite a few very
interesting offers for presentations already, so
the agenda for the coming meetings starts to look
very promising. Everyone who's interested in
giving a presentation can send me an email or post
a message in this forum.
