This article crossed my desk today and I thought some here might be interested in it. Seemed to dovetail with some of the postings on the IGDA:Accessibility forums I've read recently.

An adapter invented by IBM researcher James Levine can filter out shaky mouse movements caused by tremors in the hands of users suffering from motor skills disorders.
