Calagary Here I come...

Well, I've been living in toronto for a year and as much as I love it out here I cant afford it and will be heading back to red deer with my family for temp then moving out to Calgary. I was really weiry of moving back to alberta since there is practicly no industry for video games or movies... but I hope I will be proven wrong when I return.

I'm glad to see that calgary has an igda chapter, though I hope its better then the toronto chapter, which is a joke amounst the larger companies and they make fun of the fact that the igda is mostly wanna be nerds thinking they can make it big at these meetings. I mean no offence to anyone. I hope the meetings are more productive then the toronto meetings of everyone going to a pub sitting and crowding the people that do own a company talking to them like they just met jesus.

Debates, accual meetings, discussions, this is what I wanna see in the IGDA, I dont want to be a part of a joke, so lets not make it something to laugh at.
