IGDA's Vancouver Chapter invites you to attend the next chapter presentation and social evening. It will take place on Friday, June 17th from 5:00pm to 7:30pm at the Renaissance Hotel Harbourside, 1133 West Hastings Street.

Presented in partnership with the Digital Games Research Association, this chapter meeting will focus on the hype surrounding the launch of the next-gen consoles and their implications on the future of game development...

This year's E3 was all about the next-gen consoles. Sony, Microsoft and Nintendo all proclaimed to bring forth the future of video games. This panel of leading local developers will dig under the hype coming out of E3, the implication of the next-gen consoles on the future of game design and development, and overall thoughts on the future of games. Come prepared for a lively and interactive discussion!
