New member here!

Hello!

My name is Gordon Gavin, I'm a new IGDA member living in Columbus. I'm hoping to get to meet up with others in the area at the next meeting!

Some background info on me:

I graduated from OSU with a Bachelor's in Art Education in 2004.
I have been working with game mods on and off since '03.
Proficient in Photoshop, Painter, etc. Currently learning Maya and Blender.
Taught a workshop on game design in Flash to youngsters at the Wexner Center this summer. The course was very well recieved and there is an expectation to expand upon it for next summer (advanced classes, etc.) If anyone is interested, keep in contact with me for possibilities on that.
Currently working with Columbus Metropolitan Library as a Youth/Teen Library Assistant.
