Digital Game Canon audio and slides made available

For anyone who's not in the SIG mailing list, this might be interesting to you anyway - we've finally got online the audio and slides from the Digital Game Canon panel at GDC2007.

For those who don't know; the first 10 games were inaugurated into the Canon list. The panel put forward two each with an explanation of why, then a short Q&A was done.

Speakers and the games they picked:

• Henry Lowood (Spacewar!, Warcraft I/II/III)
• Steve Meretzky (Zork I, Civilisation I/II)
• Christopher Grant (Super Mario Brothers 3, Doom)
• Matteo Bittanti (Sim City, Sensible World of Soccer)
• Warren Spector (Star Raiders, Tetris)

Thanks a lot to Simon Carless for the audio, and Henry Lowood had the slides too, and I am sure next years slides at will be online more promptly now I've got these coded up
