Any Job Openings?
Any local Seattle game companies hiring right now? I already applied to Surreal and Zombie, but I was curious to know if anyone here knows any other companies looking to fill some positions. At this point I'll take any entry level job just to get my foot in the door and to pay the bills.

Dude! I think you should really change the front page, I almost got heart attack when I saw all those flashy white circuits and small letters in between them. 
Not that anyone really replied, but I just got a position at Microsoft's Xbox Live division. Now I can actually say I am part of the game industry. Too bad I still won't make it to GDC. 
Thats awesome! I know how you feel about GDC, I won't be going either. =( But, at least you've got a cool job. I'm still looking.
Well, I got a couple calls from recruiters for the XBox team as well as a recruiter for an unnamed game developer. Its a start, but frankly I really need a job immediately or my financial situation is going to get very hairy. I can't believe I got let go from my last job for being too much of a nerd. Yeah... that was an awkward conversation. If I ever meet some of you at a local IGDA meeting, you'll very much enjoy my story of working at one of the local broadcast companies.
It's kind of funny because I just did a backup of all my work to the network drive and got business cards a week before I got the notice. At least I got an amazing professional reference out of it.
