If you don't mind, please, if you're posting a job opening or freelance opportunity to the forums, please put "JOB: " at the start of the subject line. For example: "JOB: QA Tester"

And if the primary reason for your post is that you're looking for work, please put "LFW: " at the start of the subject line. For example: "LFW: Freelance animator available."

A bit of advice: it might also be a good idea to put a link to your portfolio, resume, or at the very least your Mobygames profile, in your sig or in the body of your post.
