Loving it!

I have just completed my first week at the School of Communication Arts in Raleigh. I am in love!!!! I made a abstract fish up, gave the fish a enviroment and background story, drew the fish in 3 points of view, modeled the fish in Maya, and then rendered a colored model. In hindsite I might have held off on the 3,000+ scales I had to model and line up to the skin.... well I would still be tweaking that more if I had the Maya complete 2008 at home so I just ordered it. This is a lot of fun!
