New book: Team Leadership in the Game Industry
There's a new book on team leadership available - I haven't read it yet but I know and respect the writer, and I was also interviewed for this book. It might be of interest to some people here:
Amazon tells me my copy is already on the way. 
I also ordered a copy, but haven't started reading yet. I have high hopes for this one based on Lasse's recommendations, but also due to the fact that it's specifically "leadership in games industry" and not jut another leadership book.
Hope it'll be as good as promised
You can't go wrong - at the very least you can be certain that it's the world's best book in the category.
