Requesting Critique on Design Document in Progress

Hello Everyone,

I'm working with some friends on an independent game that makes use of the Steel Battalion controller (yes THAT one). The game is currently called Bellicose and the design document as it stands is here:

Any advice or feedback you can give us would be great. Also, we're looking for more programmers to help us out and any interested parties will be given serious consideration. Concept art to be posted soon.
