Executive Director - International Game Developers Association (IGDA)

The IGDA is seeking a new Executive Director to lead them into the future!

As the Executive Director you will be supervising and directing current programs and organization processes while keeping in mind fiscal responsibility and strategic effectiveness. You will be building a strong foundation of programs, processes and policies and will also be responsible for prioritization of day-to-day management and back-office support of the organization. You will also oversee PR and marketing efforts that promote the organization.

• You have prior experience leading an organization or a division of a larger entity with a focus on business development; financial management; administration, budgeting, and implementing complex programs.
• You know the Video Game Industry and capable of relationship building with studio partners, corporate sponsors, and other organizations.
• You have the ability to translate strategic guidance from Board or Management into specific goals, and to initiate and manage programs and activities that meet those goals in a measurable and timely fashion.
• You have strong public speaking skills and experience, and the ability to articulate the IGDA’s mission and values, along with the value of Games as a medium.
