July Meeting: Lightning Talk Show & Tell

On the evening of Wednesday July 23rd the Pittsburgh IGDA will be hosting a Lightning Talk Show & Tell night. We're looking for IGDA members who want to share 5 minutes about... anything! As an idea- how about that cool project you recently completed or just started? We'd love to get someone from each local studio or students who worked on a project last year or a couple of the various freelancers among our ranks. Even if you just want to share tips and tricks learned from your side business running a flea circus or how to build a time machine- everything's interesting for 5 minutes! (No- that was NOT a challenge)

We know there's a lot of excellent work and knowledge right here in Pittsburgh- let's share it!

We'll have a projector available so feel free to fill your 300 seconds with pictures as well as words. Just as a warning though, we WILL enforce the 5 minute limit : )
After the structured talks, there will be some time for everyone to mingle and revisit interesting topics.

The exact place & time will be sent out shortly- expect the venue to be within 10 minutes driving of South Side Works.

If you would like to do a 5 minute talk, please send your name and a tentative talk title to: sabrina@schellgames.com or sign up in the forums.
