Event Tonight
Pittsburgh Young Professionals (PYP)
Autumn 2006 Business-Arts Networking Party
When: Tuesday, October 17, 2006, 5:30-9 pm
Where: Bossa Nova, 123 Seventh Street, Downtown
Come hear the latest from the Greater Pittsburgh Arts Council, as we join other area arts groups at the Pittsburgh Young Professional's Autumn 2006 Business-Arts Networking Party.
GPAC and other local arts groups have been invited to present information about their organizations and their contributions to Pittsburgh's arts community. Don't miss this opportunity to network over drinks and free food, see information displays on Pittsburgh's cultural venues and upcoming arts events, and experience art exhibits by local artists.
Following in the footsteps of last February's successful event - in which over 400 people participated - professionals in marketing, medical, real estate, legal, finance, insurance, architecture, and other areas will again be networking with local musicians, artists, actors, painters, sculptors, and writers. This is a great opportunity for young Pittsburgh professionals to meet members of Pittsburgh's arts community.
PYP's goal is to engage Pittsburgh's business and arts communities, provide a unique and fun forum for artists to promote themselves, and to raise your awareness of the artistic resources available to Pittsburgh's business professionals.
Admission is $5, free to PYP members. Cash bar and free appetizers. This event is sponsored by Pittsburgh Young Professionals and UPMC Physician Services. For more information visit www.myspace.com/pypbanp.
