Chapter Chartering & Elections
2009 was a great year of growth for Pittsburgh IGDA. 2010  is bringing some exciting changes. The IGDA has developed a chartering process for chapters so that we can be recognized by the government, get a chapter bank account, and generally operate more like an official organization. PIGDA intends to undergo this chartering process this spring. As a precursor to this, we will also be holding our first ever chapter elections- there are 4 default elected positions on the board- Chair, Vice-Chair, Secretary, & Treasurer. Please start thinking about if you'd be interested in running for a board position. More details on the process & responsibilities will be forthcoming!
