Gamers Give Back - Recap

Thank you to everyone that showed up at the Gamers Give Back event.  We raised more than $400 for the local chapters of Big Brothers Big Sisters and the Salvation Army and received an additional 6 game donations outside the event.

Here's a note of appreciation from Big Brothers, Big Sisters:
"Wow - I jut got in and found the box of games for our kids – thank you so much.  I am sorry I missed you on Friday – we are having a wrapping party today and will be delivering the gifts to the families later today and tomorrow.  Please know that you generosity will definitely put a smile on a child’s face this Christmas.  Thanks again!"

Aaron Tarnow was awarded a prize for his ugly Christmas sweater.

 Winners of the game tournaments were:
Corn Hole – Kyle Kenworthy
Dance Dance Revolution – Matt DeLucas
Mario Kart DS – Carlos Hurtado

The three winners squared off in a game of Super Mario Bros. 3.  Kyle Kenworthy proved to be the better player and has won bragging rights as the Gamers Give Back Grand Champion! Until next year...
