Summer Picnic- Saturday August 27th, 1-4pm

 We hope you've had some productive summer days- August is ending and we're celebrating in our usual fashion with grilled hot dogs and burgers at the Schenley Park Overlook. We'll also have volleyball, disc golf, and a scavenger hunt. We'll provide the main meal but if you want to bring something to share- make it a dessert. Bonus points if it has a video game theme.

  • PIGDA Summer Picnic - Saturday, August 27, 1-4pm, Schenley Park Overlook
    • Burgers, dogs, and lemonade provided by PIGDA
    • Volleyball & Disc Golf
    • Team Scavenger Hunt
    • Potluck dessert with a Video Game Theme
    • Cost: free!

Come out and meet, mingle, network, eat, volley, scavenge, and golf with your fellow game developer community members
 
Also, First Thursdays and other events took a bit of an hiatus the past couple months but we're starting back up after the Picnic- see the a list of upcoming events below:

  • September First Thursday - September 1st, 6:30-8:30@ Hoff. Haus
    • Let's enjoy the warm weather in the beer garden at least one more time before the fall starts to take effect.
  • Trible B Farms Trip - Saturday, October 1
    • How much themed entertainment can be extended from a farm's fall harvest festival? Join us for a trip to a Pittsburgh local farm for pumpkin picking, corn maze, and.. well, just check out the website.
  • Annual Fall Studio Crawl - October 28th or 29th (TBD)
    • Yes, it's time to plan your costume again- this is the biggest game developer social event in Pittsburgh: a costume party for the game developer community held at some of the studios in South Side.
