<Scalability> My boss told me that he used to use TestTrack Pro for documents tracking and workflow management in his old company.</Scalability>
<Backend> its compatible with Windows, Linux, Solaris and Max OS X. The nice thing is it has a build-in database so need to design your own database and map it with the tool. </Backend>

<OfferTransferFromOtherPrograms> They claim that you can purchase their TestTrackPro SDK or the SOAP client package to integrate with any application. </OfferTransferFromOtherPrograms>
<EasyToMergeDatabases>You can merge bugs but I dont think you can merge databases with v6.1.5. However, when you create a new database for a project, it has the option to let you create from any existing database template, that way you dont have to rename all the fields and reassign the users permissions.</EasyToMergeDatabases>
<AbilityToAttachFiles></AbilityToAttachFiles>
<IntegratedScreenCaptureCapabilities>It let you attach PDF, doc, Excel and images files but not sure about Flash or file size limits. I think they have significantly improved the attachment capability in the new version 7.0 when I visit their boot at GDC.</IntegratedScreenCaptureCapabilities>
<Customizability>It let you rename and add up to three customized new fields but not delete fields that you dont need. Also it doesnt have the capability to customize UI. There is definitely room for improvement in this area.</Customizability>
<ToolIntegration></ToolIntegration>
<ProjectTaskManagementToolIntegration> Not sure if their SOAP interface let you integrate TestTrack pro with a third party project/task management tool. However, they have a functional/regression automation tool called QA Wizard that let you integrate with TestTrack Pro easily.</ProjectTaskManagementToolIntegration>
<SourceControlVersioningToolIntegration>Seapine Software has a source control versioning package called Surround SCM that integrates with TestTrack Pro.</SourceControlVersioningToolIntegration>

<TechSupportLevels> The yearly maintenance cost is 20% of the purchase price if you want to utilize their tech support or download upgrade; otherwise, there is no fees for license renewal.</TechSupportLevels>
<RemoteAccessSupport>Not sure</RemoteAccessSupport>
<GeneralStrengthsWeaknesses> Its a great tool with a user friend web interface and customizability. Also, they have excellent customer support and documentations. Though, its a proprietary technology so not easily customize to integrate with other applications and people have told me that it costs more than other bug tracking software in the market. My team has been using it for two years and we even get the artists/Flash designers who are on the Mac platform to use it without much complaint. We found a few bugs that pertaining to renaming fields and customizing email templates in v6.1.5. Also, there are still lots of room for improvement regarding customizing the UI and reports, they might have fixed the bugs and added many new features in the new version 7.0 which I havent had a chance to review. If anyone out there is using version 7.0, I would like to hear you feedback and inputs. </GeneralStrengthsWeaknesses>
<AdditionalComments> When you purchase the yearly maintenance/support/upgrade, Seapine Software will send you a new license key. I just found out that if you add the new license key on the license server instead of overwriting the old license key, it would increase the number of licenses you have by the amount that you originally purchased. Though, that might break when upgrading to a new version. Im enjoying the additional licenses so Im a little hesitated to upgrade to the new version until absolutely necessary. </AdditionalComments></AdditionalInformation>
