Via MMOrgy.com's article, Second Life Porn bridges to the Web comes news and thoughts on Sadako Shikami, a Second Life escort who's "willing to help you explore the depths of your depravity." She's selling images of herself and custom content. As MMOrgy.com notes, that's a first (outside of fetish worlds) that I'm aware of, too.
