Pornography tax?
A California legislator recently proposed a bill that would tax X-rated products, according to this story.
While the potential law doesn't mention games, it's conceivable that games could be included under the law should it be introduced into the legislature.
More challenging, however, is the gray area - exactly what is pornography and what is not? I guess we'll now know it when we tax it.
