Indie Night Success, SLGDRT Thursday, Next Meeting in 2 Weeks

Indie Night was a great success, hearing all the postmortems and seeing all the great demos was a blast!  Not to mention finally giving out all the t-shirts.  There are still some extras so we will plan on having those at GEEX to give out to the first N people that sign up for the Game-in-a-Day event there.

Next Meeting: Our next IGDA Meeting will be in 2 weeks, on Tuesday the 11th.  We'll plan on gathering around 7:30pm at the Bayou for social  chat and discussion about recent industry news, the IGDA Summer Party, ways to support the local industry, and more.  If there is live music by chance, we'll move to a nearby restaurant (Greek or Sapa) so we can hear ourselves think and talk.

Also here is the GDC Poster graciously put together by Don Jordan and Matt Copeland.  We got 2nd place out of all the IGDA chapters in the world! Woohoo!
