- Once new web infrastructure goes up, we need to begin our evangelizing of the Casual Games SIG
- Brian will keep us up to date as things evolve
- Casual Games mailing list will be moved to new system - MyAmphi
- There are a number of issues that may arrive during change

- Used PDF format for online version - saved lots of time
- wants to use this format in the future, and use current designer
- moving to a "sort of" quarterly format
- building to target key conferences - CC Amsterdam, CC Seattle, GDC San Francisco
- Wade wonders if there is some way for articles to just appear...

- Dave and Wade: discuss the future, and how to create cool articles about it
- Everyone: help them find articles and contributors

- First draft deadline was last week
- Has drafts for about 2/3 of the paper, which isn't bad
- expects to have full draft this week
- Need support in ad supported games - design, market background, etc. - due to drop outs
- Need about 3 pages on each topic
- first review cycle will get cut from four to three weeks
- Sections in trouble
- Ad supported games - need someone to take over
- Casual MMO - editor is absent
- Gambling - need subject matter expert
- Handheld Casual - need subject matter expert

- Will add Casual Games SIG content to their next quarterly (June 2008)
- Puts content in front of 7,000 developers
- What presence should we have at Casual Connect this year?
- historic format hasn't worked well
- Propose editors panel on White Paper?

- Everyone: Deliver summaries of potential topics to everyone for feedback by 16 April

- James is reviewing his ideas to date, and trying to incorporate his ideas into Reflexive's newest title
- realized he is not practicing what he is preaching
- Has a draft of "best practices"
- Will begin gathering data over the next few weeks / months

- Responses seem solid, although smaller than desired
- need to get broader communication to everyone

- Based on these results, consider making a proposal for Casual Connect Seattle talk
