  • Will not be complete by Casual Connect
    • Hopefully about 4 weeks post Casual Connect

  • Still working on trying to do a panel update for the white paper
    • Cherie will ping Jessica to see if we can still do this
      • She will also ask about when we need to get materials to Jessica
    • We'd like to allocate 30 mins for white paper and 30 mins for SIG stuff
    • If this is a pre-start session, then we should try to get the word out about the session
    • Get this as a bag insert?
  • Also need to get status of the quarterly
    • Will try to get an article in the quarterly about the white paper
  • Reserve a chunk of time for the community to tell us what they want us to be doing?
    • Look into the timing of this stuff, consolidate with the white paper stuff?
  • Everyone should be there
  • Meet at 5:45 on Wednesday
  • Meeting in evening on Wednesday or Thursday
    • Rex & Cherie look into using one of their suites

  • Some sites are open to this and already doing this
  • May not have any more updates for the next while due to other workloads
  • Plan is for Rex & Jared to independently approach portals
  • Can we put a list of which sites have what so far?
    • This is something that's a "finesse" type of exercise
    • Jared will set this up as a private Google doc
